Delivery Terms
Plain language, no fine-print games. Here's exactly what the CCR pickup and delivery pilot is — and what it isn't — right now.
The one thing to know: CCR is collecting interest, not dispatching drivers. Signing up does not mean delivery is active, and driver signup does not mean approval. Nothing here promises that a pickup or delivery will happen.
What CCR is doing right now
- Building a list of sellers who'd want local delivery later.
- Building a list of drivers who'd want to be considered later.
- Collecting customer delivery interest to understand demand.
- Planning the rules, safety, and setup before anything goes live.
What CCR is not doing yet
- Not dispatching drivers or scheduling live pickups.
- Not approving or activating any driver.
- Not guaranteeing any delivery will be made.
- Not holding payments or acting as the bank between buyer and seller.
Who's responsible for what
- CCR does not own the items. Sellers own and are responsible for their own products.
- Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of what they advertise.
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing the item and the seller before buying.
- Deals between a buyer and a seller are between those two parties.
Restricted items
Not allowed: alcohol, tobacco, vapes, cannabis, prescription medication, weapons, counterfeit goods, illegal products, or unsafe/harmful items.
- Food and temperature-sensitive items are not part of the first pilot unless approved by CCR.
- CCR may decline or remove any request that involves restricted or unsafe items.
When delivery does go live
Before any driver runs a real delivery, CCR will put these in place:
- A driver agreement and clear delivery rules.
- An insurance and vehicle requirement decision.
- A background-check decision.
- Proof-of-pickup and proof-of-delivery steps.
- Damage, loss, and cancellation policies.
- Driver pay rules.
Until all of that is set, this stays an interest list only.
By signing up as a seller, driver, or customer, you're telling CCR you're interested — and you understand delivery is not guaranteed, signup is not approval, and these terms may be updated as the pilot develops.
