Why we exist

Stable housing is the foundation everything else is built on — recovery, work, family, dignity. Too many veterans and too many survivors of domestic violence in our community are one setback away from losing it. We're building the housing and the support that helps people get solid ground back under their feet, and the skills to keep it.

Rock Solid Development & Training Foundation operates alongside Rock Solid Logistics — over 20 years of hands-on operating experience put to work for the community, led by Tandalaya and Ahmose Gardner.

What we're building

Three connected programs, all pointed at the same goal: stability that lasts.

🎖️

Veterans Housing

Safe, stable homes for veterans transitioning back to independent living — with the support around them to make it stick.

🏠

Safe Housing for Survivors

A secure place to land for women and families rebuilding after domestic violence, so leaving never has to mean having nowhere to go.

🧭

Peace-to-Work

Supportive housing paired with case management, trauma-informed wraparound services, and workforce readiness — including driver-permit prep — so housing becomes a launchpad, not a holding pattern.

On the ground now

This isn't a someday plan. The work is already moving.
