Privacy Policy

Community Collective Registry · Effective June 2026

Community Collective Registry ("CCR," "we," "us"), an initiative of the Rock Solid Development & Training Foundation, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you sign up or fill out a form on our site, we may collect:

Why we collect it

We use your information to: add you or your business to the community registry; send you updates, events, deals, and community news; respond to your questions; and improve CCR over time.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share information only with the trusted services we use to run CCR — for example, Google (forms and storage), our email service, and our website host — and only as needed to operate the registry.

Email & your choices

If we email you, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time. You may also ask us to view, update, or remove your information by contacting us at the address below.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep your information safe and limit who can access it.

Children

CCR is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as CCR grows. When we do, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
