Welcome to Community Collective Registry ("CCR"), an initiative of the Rock Solid Development & Training Foundation. By using our website, joining as a member, or listing a business, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
CCR is a community registry, directory, marketplace, and buying cooperative that connects neighbors with local businesses. We provide the platform; the businesses and members provide their own information, offers, and services.
When you sign up, you agree to give accurate information and to keep it current. You're responsible for the information you submit, including any business listing or message you post.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings and for any deals or services they offer. CCR may edit, decline, or remove any listing — for example, one that is inaccurate, misleading, or harmful to the community.
Discounts and deals are offered by participating businesses, not by CCR directly. Availability can change, and CCR does not guarantee any specific savings, offer, or result.
The Giveback Program is run through the Rock Solid Development & Training Foundation. Information about donations, liability protections, and tax write-offs is general and is not legal or tax advice — please confirm specifics with your own accountant or attorney.
You agree not to use CCR for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive, and not to misuse the site or interfere with how it works. We may suspend or remove anyone who does.
CCR may link to or use other services (such as forms, email tools, or partner businesses). We're not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties.
CCR is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CCR and the Rock Solid Development & Training Foundation are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms as CCR grows. When we do, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use CCR means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
